Hi, I’m Courtney. I am currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at CQUniversity and I have recently joined the team at Sage Psychology & Assessment. You can read more about my approach below.
For clients seeking therapy in 2025, I work with clients ages 16 and above in the following areas:
Courtney's practice is supervised by a registered psychologist.
Courtney is available for therapy from February on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
I believe therapy should be uniquely tailored to each individual, by considering their personal story and what matters most to them. I take the time to truly listen and understand each client’s experiences, adapting my approach to meet their specific needs. Many challenges stem from patterns shaped by past environments—both known and unknown—and my goal is to help clients develop self-awareness and a stronger sense of purpose.
Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, but they also present opportunities for growth. I work with clients to cultivate resilience—the ability to adapt and persevere despite adversity. Rather than avoiding discomfort, we explore ways to face difficulties with courage, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose. By exploring and reflecting together, I help clients shift their perspective, develop emotional strength, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. My goal is to support individuals in transforming setbacks into stepping stones, fostering a deeper sense of meaning and fulfilment in their lives.
Understanding personal strengths and challenges can be a transformative process. I provide cognitive and diagnostic assessments for children and adults to explore concerns related to attention, memory, learning, cognition, emotional regulation, and social difficulties. My focus is on offering a tailored, insightful understanding rather than simply seeking a diagnosis—helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
