Sage Psychology and Assessment is proud to partner with More Than Able, a well‑established paediatric multidisciplinary clinic, to expand access to high‑quality Occupational Therapy services for children, young people, and families in our region.
This partnership allows us to increase access to paediatric OT services in Gladstone and surrounding areas. We are able to offer a flexible and sustainable therapy model and ensure high‑quality, safe, and collaborative care for every family.
We are committed to working alongside families, educators, and other health professionals to support meaningful, developmentally‑appropriate outcomes for children.
Families of children aged 0 - 16 seeking:
You/your child meets with one of the paediatric occupational therapists from More Than Able. These appointments may or may not be facilitated by one of Sage's allied health assistants.
Through this process, you'll cover:
The More Than Able and Sage teams work together to translate the recommendations into a clear, developmentally‑appropriate therapy plan.
Sage provides regular therapy sessions with our trained Allied Health Assistants.
These sessions:
The OT and AHA collaborate closely to ensure children receive cohesive, well‑rounded support. Intervention plans are regularly reviewed by the OT and families are able to request a review at any time.

All OT enquiries, referrals, and bookings are managed directly through Sage Psychology and Assessment. We will guide you through the process and coordinate everything on your behalf with More Than Able.
Fees for Occupational Therapy are per the More Than Able Therapy service agreement and in line with the NDIS price guide. Fees are subject to change as the price limits change.
Fees for AHAs are per the Sage Psychology and Assessment service agreement and in line with the NDIS price guide. Fees are subject to change as the price limits change.
Sage Psychology and Assessment cancellation fee policy is clearly outlined in the Client Consent Form you will receive prior to your first session. If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Medicare and health fund rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments. Our cancellation fees are outlined below:
Medicare rebates are not available for Occupational Therapy.
Rebates from Private Health funds vary, so it is important you enquire with your health fund to determine what rebates apply for you.
