Hi, I'm Chloe. I am passionate about supporting people to better understand the underlying causes of their challenges or discomfort. I work collaboratively with clients to shift unhelpful patterns in order to achieve their goals and increase life satisfaction. I prioritise creating a warm and connected therapeutic environment to safely explore individual struggles. I seek to work collaboratively with the client to practise strategies that fit your individual circumstances. I pair this individualised approach with evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). This tailored intervention supports clients to make meaningful, long-lasting change.

• Interpersonal difficulties
• Currently serving and past serving veterans and their families

Availability

Chloe sees clients on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
