Hi, I’m Jo. I have completed a Master of Professional Psychology at CQUniversity and I have recently joined the team at Sage Psychology & Assessment. I adopt a collaborative and holistic therapeutic approach, creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment to address a range of psychological issues. With warmth and empathy, I am committed to establishing trusting relationships with each client, and am dedicated to helping clients identify their strengths and develop skills, resilience and courage to navigate life’s challenges.

I offer cognitive and diagnostic assessments for children and adults seeking assessment for the following:

• Intellectual Disability
• Learning Difficulties
• Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

For clients seeking therapy, I work with clients ages 16+ in the following areas:

• Low mood
• Anxiety
• Stress and life adjustment
